Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by contacting us at info@socairhome.com. Please include your order number in your message.

After this period, we cannot guarantee cancellation as your order may already be in processing. Once your order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible.

If your order has already shipped, you may return the item after delivery in accordance with this Return and Refund Policy.

You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to return items.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

In their original condition
Returned with their original packaging, tags and accessories

You are responsible for the actual return shipping cost if:

As delivery to you is always free, there are no original shipping charges on your order to refund.

How to Return an Item

Contact Us
Email info@socairhome.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
Pack Your Item
Repack the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories, tags, fittings and documents.
Send It Back
Ship your return using the instructions provided in your return authorisation email. You may use the carrier or shipping method recommended in that email.

Refund Process

Inspection: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item to ensure it meets our return criteria.
Refund Timing: After approval, your refund will be processed. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be initiated to your original payment method, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges. If you would like to exchange your item for a different size, colour or product, please contact us at info@socairhome.com and we will help you with a quick exchange.

Warranty

Every purchase is covered by a 30 day warranty. If you receive a defective item, we will replace it at no cost to you. Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

Order Not Delivered

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery window, please contact us at info@socairhome.com with your order number. We will investigate the situation with the carrier. If the package is confirmed lost, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or send a replacement at no additional cost to you.

Non Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, some items are not eligible for return once used or removed from their protective packaging, such as mattresses, pillows and bedding, unless they arrive faulty. These products will be clearly marked as non returnable on their product pages.
